As a Licensed General Contractor, RCH will sign your permits, provide cost analysis, work with your subs or ours, and supervise your job site through final inspection.
We charge 10% of final project cost (for construction only).
You pay all of the subs and services directly.
***As a very strict rule, RCH NEVER accepts commissions or kickbacks of any kind from anyone! This is unethical and illegal...and an insult to our client.
