At RCH, we offer FREE design & layout of your project before we go to contract.
Why? Because without a definite design & layout to guide us, it isn't possible to offer a
responsible and accurate quote.
We would be guessing! We would have to guess high to cover ourselves. While this is a common practice among most General Contractors, there is nothing fair about it.
There are too many details unique to your project. Reducing your quote to a
$/SF formula is a poor way to arrive at a price.

The Process

1. We load the dimensions & specs of your project into the computer.
2. 2D & 3D drawings are produced and we email them to you for review.
3. You tell us what you want changed, we make the changes, and email updated versions.

We can typically generate a new version within 1 day, cutting the design time by weeks!
When you are satisfied with the drawings, we can then offer an exact quote on the project, because we now know exactly what we are building!
